Software License and Warranty Agreement 
 Legal jargon.

 Using this software indicates that you accept the terms and conditions of
 this License Agreement.  If you do not accept them, you MUST return this
 diskette envelope with the seal unbroken to Dark Black Software Limited
 (hereafter called Dark Black), whereupon your purchase price will be
 refunded to you.


 Terms and Conditions

 THE LICENSEE (YOU) AGREES TO INSTALL AND RUN THIS PRODUCT ON ANY PERSONAL
 COMPUTER OR NETWORK WORKSTATION PROVIDED THAT IT MAY NOT BE USED BY MORE
 THAN ONE PERSON ON MORE THAN ONE PERSONAL COMPUTER OR NETWORK WORKSTATION
 SIMULTANEOUSLY.

 The licensee is authorized to make backup copies of the program for archival
 purposes ONLY. You may not transfer or assign this License Agreement to any
 other individual, corporation or third party. You may not copy any part of
 this User manual.

 Any individual or corporation who is found to be using an unauthorized copy
 of this program, as well as the individual, corporation or third party who
 supplied that copy, will be liable to prosecution. For without proper
 remuneration, no software house can provide inexpensive software with full
 support.

 The licensee agrees not to remove, alter or obscure Dark Black proprietary
 rights notices, or to alter, disassemble or decompile the software.


 Distributing Applications

 You are expressly forbidden to distribute any application whose binary
 executable file contains binary information or data obtained from
 MRDEBUG.LIB in any form.


 Warranty

 Dark Black makes no representations or warranties expressed or implied that
 the software will be uninterrupted or free from error. You use this software
 entirely at your own risk.

 Dark Black accepts no liability for errors contained herein or for
 incidental or consequential damages which may occur from the use or
 performance of this software.

 In no event will Dark Black be liable for any loss of profit or any other
 commercial damage of any kind.

 Dark Black disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness
 for a particular purpose. (Some States and countries do not allow  the
 exclusion of implied warranties. Therefore this clause may not apply to some
 licensees. In such cases the liability of L&W is limited to the purchase
 price of the software.)

 L&W undertakes to replace any defective diskette for a period of ninety (90)
 days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by your purchase receipt
 or invoice.


 Termination

 Dark Black reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for any breach  in
 the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, whereupon the licensee
 agrees to return to Dark Black all copies of the software along with all
 archival copies. The licensee will not be entitled to any  refund of amounts
 paid for the software.


 Governing Law

 This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed
 by the laws of England and shall benefit Dark Black, its successors and
 assigns.


 Copyright

 This software and user manual remain the property of Dark Black Software
 Limited, and are protected by both the Copyright laws of England and  Wales
 and by International Treaty provisions.

 CA-Clipper is a registered trademark of Computer Associates, Inc.

 DOOM is a trademark of id Software

 MrDebug is a trademark of Dark Black Software Limited

 Other trademarks are the property of their respective owners and
 are used for identification purposes only.
