 This was an intermediate release version and fixed the following problems:

 1. GPF whilst trying to start a program in 80x50 mode. The program would
    start-up fine in 132x50, but in 80x50, or 80x43 a GPF would occur.

 2. Private label missing from Dump file. There was no entry in the dump file
    for the name "Private" as a header for the private variables in the
    variable section.

 3. The dbfList screen would not allow you to edit a record in a file that
    was FLOCKED - this now works.
