Alt-2 - Selects Break/Trace/Watch/Pass point window
 Make the Break/Trace/Watch window the current window.

 You may press <Alt><2> select the Points window. The points window will
 become the current, only if the it is already open. Otherwise pressing
 <Alt><2> will do nothing.
