Alt-F10 - Pop-up Menu
 Call up the current window's menu.

 This key stroke combination will pop-up a menu for the current window.

 Pressing <Alt><F10> or pressing and holding the right mouse button in the
 currently selected window will bring up a pop-up menu for that window. Each
 window has it's own separate options that affect only that window.

 The options available for each window are based on the options that appear
 under the normal menus.
