Keystroke Notation
How we show keystrokes in the guide.
──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

The following Key notations are used throughout this guide to MrDebug:

<ESC> refers to the Escape key
◄──┛ refers to the RETURN or ENTER key
<Ctrl> refers to the Control key
<Alt> refers to the Alt key
<Shift> refers to the Shift key
refers to the up cursor key
refers to the down cursor key
refers to the right cursor key
refers to the left cursor key

The above key combinations may appear in combination and would refer to
pressing these keys at the same time. They may be used in conjunction with
letters or number. For example:

<Alt><6> indicates that you would have to press the Alt key and the
6 key at the same time.

If you come across a key combination of a letter and a number, for example
<F9> this refers to Function key 9, not the two separate keys <F> and <9>.

Where the text mentions the term 'toggling', or equivalent, then this means
that you can turn on or turn off an option by pressing the <SpaceBar>.

Pressing <SpaceBar> has the effect of simply toggling the option from one
state to another and keeping the menu displayed. If you use the <Return> key
to toggle an option, the toggle will take place and the action will dispense
with the needs of the menu.

When you apply a toggle the character x appears by an item. This shows
you that an item has been toggled to its on state.
