F7 - Run to Cursor
 Run the program to the line that the cursor is on.

 The program will run from it's current position in the program to the line
 that the cursor is currently positioned on. Should the program stop for some
 reason - either a break point was encountered, an AltD() stopped the program
 or an error occurred, then the F7 point will be ignored when the program
 continues.
