F4 - Application Screen
 Show the Application screen

 This option brings the application screen into the foreground.

 If you are using a screen size of 80x25, the application screen will be the
 background. And so this option displays the application screen over the top
 of MrDebug's windows that are open.

 In a large screen mode, such as 132x50, the application screen uses a
 window, so it is normally always visible.

 Please note that should you have a function set within the 'Before Step' and
 'Step Restore' items of the Options->Display sub-menu, pressing <F4> will
 take advantage of these functions to display the screen.
