        Entry:
          AX = 000Bh

        Return:
          CX = number of mickeys mouse moved horizontally since last call
          DX = number of mickeys mouse moved vertically

        Notes:  A mickey is the smallest increment the mouse can sense
                positive values indicate down/right.
