        Entry:
          AX = CB0Dh
          BX = event handle (task events only)
          CH = hour
          CL = minute
          DH = second
          DL unused
        Return:
          AX = 0000h successful
             < 0   error code (see AX=CB01h)

        Note:   setting a task's date and time to before the current date
                and time causes it to execute immediately
