        Entry:
          AX = 1221h
          DS:SI -> file name to be fully qualified
          ES:DI -> 80-byte buffer for resulting fully-qualified file name
        Return:
          (see INT 21/AH=60h)

        Notes:  can be called only from within DOS identical to
        INT 21/AH=60h
