Port 083  -  DMA Page Register (channel 1)

        This register specifies the high-order 4 bits of the
        channel 1 address. The DMA registers are only 16 bits wide,
        so 4 bits of these additional bytes are needed to form a
        20-bit address.

        Note: On PS all 8 bits are used.
