Timer interrupt (INT 08h)

        Generated 18.20648193 times per sec. by 8253-5 programmable
        interval timer. Used for DOS clock and diskette moter stop.

        After system-functions has been completed, an INT 1Ch (User Timer
        int.) is executed. Application programs should not capture this
        interrupt.
