Output available keys on top two lines of screen

 Syntax

        H_BoldKeys( cKeys , cDesc )

 Arguments:

      cKeys - Key names
      cDesc - Actions

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      Outputs the two strings passed in Light Cyan on Blue
      cKeys is output at 0 , 0
      cDesc is output at 1 , 0

 Examples:

      Output key codes :

          H_BoldKeys( "[F2]    [F10]" , "Commit  Abort" )
