Toggle prompt lines when browsing

 Syntax

        H_ToggleLookup( lOn )

 Arguments:

      lOn      - Flag to determine which set of key codes to use

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      If lOn is .T., puts [F1] Commit in front of the current keys
      If lOn is .F., removes [F1] Commit from the current keys
