Create browse with for and while clauses

 Syntax

        TBrowseFW(bWhile, bFor, bFirst, bLast)

 Arguments:

      bWhile - While condition
      bFor   - For condition
      bFirst - Codeblock to find first record
      bLast  - Codeblock to find last record

 Returns:

      A TBrowse object
