Output text to the current printer row

 Syntax

        H_SameRow( nColPos , cWhat , nLeftMgn )

 Arguments:

      nColPos  - Colum to output text at
      cWhat    - Text to be output
      nLeftMgn - Left margin of text

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      Outputs text to the current printer row
