Get a user key press

 Syntax

        H_Inkey( nDelay , cProcName , cVarName )

 Arguments:

      nDelay    - Delay before checking key buffer
      cProcName - Procedure name to pass to SOS-Help (optional)
      cProcName - Variable name to pass to SOS-Help (optional)

 Returns:

      Scan code of key pressed

 Description:

      Similar to INKEY(), but passes parameters to SOS Help!
