Write a value to the profile file

 Syntax

        H_WrtProfStr( cFile , cHeader , cKey , cNewValue )

 Arguments:

      cFile     - Profile file
      cHeader   - Section header
      cKey      - Key within section
      cNewValue - New value of key

 Returns:

      .T. id successful

 Description:

      cFile is an INI file in the following format :
      [Header]
      key=value

 Examples:



 Header File: H_LIB52.CH
