Help system edit routine for user notes

 Syntax

        H_HelpEdit( cText )

 Arguments:

      cText - Text to edit

 Returns:

      Edited text

 Description:

      Uses the FUNCky notepad to edit a text string that a user can
      store as a note within the SOS Help! system.
