Wait for the next keypress

 Syntax

        H_GetKey( lFlush )

 Arguments:

      lFlush - If .T., flush keyboard buffer first

 Returns:

      The scan code of the key pressed

 Description:

      Optionaly flushes the keyboard buffer and waits for a key
      to be pressed
