Archive the contents of a table

 Syntax

        H_Archive( cTable , cIndex , aFields )

 Arguments:

      cTable  - Name of table to archive
      cIndex  - Index to place on archive table
      aFields - Array of field numbers to be archived

 Returns:

      NIL

 Description:

      The contents of the fields in aIndex are copied from cTable to the
      table given by the user

 Examples:
