Determine if file pointer is at or beyond the EOF

 Syntax

        H_FileEOF( nHandle )

 Arguments:

      nHandle - Handle of text file

 Returns:

      .T. if end of text file has been reached
      .F. if end of text file has not been reached

 Description:

      Checks to see if the current record position is greater than or
      equal to the size of the text file
