Calculate the Julian Date of a given date

 Syntax

        H_JulianDate( dDate )

 Arguments:

      dDate - Date to be considered

 Returns:

      The Julian date

 Description:

      The Julian date is a three digit integer which indicates the day of
      the year.

      To calculate this, we take the given date and subtract the first day
      of that year.
