Calculate a real date from a given Julian date

 Syntax

        H_DateJulian( nJulian )

 Arguments:

      nJulian - Julian date to be applied to todays date

 Returns:

      A date nJulian days from the current date

 Description:

      The Julian date is a three digit integer which indicates the day of
      the year.
