Function 2Dh            Set Time

    Sets the current DOS system time (the time maintained by the clock
    device).

        Entry   AH = 2Dh
                CH = Hour (0-23)
                CL = Minutes (0-59)
                DH = Seconds (0-59)
                DL = Hundredths of a second (0-99)

        Return  AL = 00h   If time set successfully
                AL = FFh   If time not set successfully

    If the hardware does not resolve hundredths of seconds, the value
    in DL is ignored.
