If you haven't gotten into the habit of reading the changes
      document in this NG, then you should read all of the changes
      starting with the oldest one. Then, as I send out new versions,
      you just need to read the latest changes section.

      There are a lot of 'tidbits' of information in there that are not
      found elsewhere in this guide.
