Internal Error #442, STATICS$(0)

  () This error can be produced by writing a program that declares a huge
  STATIC array much like the example shown in the Internal Error #333
  listing.  It can also be produced using a LOCAL declaration.  In this
  case, "STATICS$ (0)" is replaced by function name and line number.
