  SET COLOUR directives in STD.CH need to be changed to enable
  command recognition.

  Cause
  Incorrect programming.

  #command SET COLOUR TO [<*spec*>]  => SetColor( #<spec> )
                        or
  #command SET COLOUR TO [<*spec*>]  => SET COLOR TO <spec>
