  Problem Statement

  The "Getting Started" manual, page 4-8, indicates, to add a record to
  an empty file, 'just start typing'. This will cause a lock-up.

  Cause

  Documentation error.

  Work Around(s)

  Press K_DOWN, before typing other characters.
